Or it could be part of our regular supply run to support our deployment in the DRC (or even Moz).
How come every time my ship comes in I'm at the airport?

It flew Al Ain - Joburg - Bloem as Sapsan (KGB4980).
Bloem - Pemba as LMG490, SAAF flight.
Pemba - Joburg - Waterklood as Sapsan.
No doubt another flight out of Kloof as LMG490.

Thanks Interesting
One wonders at the time and place of deployment - bearing in mind what happened in KZN this time last year
and
Rumours of a re-occurence

Strangely - I can find a number of SA news reports of this exercise but my Google FU has yet to bring me any reports from US military side ?
Even searches on the actual units involved ?

The US contingent, according to DCC, is from the US Army Southern European Task Force, Africa (SETAF-AF) and includes New York National Guard personnel.

https://www.defenceweb.co.za/featured/e ... ear-break/

USAF C17 landing at Bloemfontein while SAA ZS-SXF returns from CUBA`SAA 4717

One wonders if things did indeed go pear shaped - what the Americans would do ?
( bearing in mind the current World conditions - COAL exports and sanctions )

Anyone in Richards bay gone to go and have a look ....

Why do both United planes have the same flight number (187D/187) 🤔?
