DCS Tomcat

and for a change everything active from the word go, they won't add features as they go along like the Hornet.

Just over a thousand bucks but if Nene goes might get much more expensive

So I was watching some of the videos from guys like Jabbers who has early access. Holy <<moderated - language>>!!!!!

The sad thing is this will trump the ED flagship F18 but hopefully will get ED to ramp up development on it to get it to a release version earlier. I think 99% of the current Hornet drivers will drop it in favor of the Tomcat like a hot potato!

Can’t wait for this one!

Tomcats rule. Doesn’t bother me at all if it trumps the Hornet. I see they will bring out the F-16 in the future.

It was a day 1 pre order for me.
We really need to get a proper DCS South africa community started up and running so we can fly together.
There was a move last year for one but it fizzeled out, low and behold due to egos and control freaks.

DCS is the best sim on the market hands down!

Last night Jabbers did a 3 hour stream, showing us the RIO pit for the first time, Heatblur also teased the lantirn pod controls...

You talking about the community Sly advertised here? I wasn't on discord in ages. With my stick that broke and family commitments doing a reliable online session would be almost impossible.

I did fly with them once or twice and they seemed cool and waaaaaay more competent than me for sure.

Pretty much feels like the first time I started up the A10. I'm completely lost at the moment!! My jester feels broken though. For instance in the pilot startup tutorial I don't get the contextual menus they talk about in the narrative.
