Locally Comet Aviation Supplies, but they are closed tomorrow for stock taking. Aircraft spruce have them at 9 US cents ea.

The number given for the anchor nut / plate nut does not seem correct. Aircraft Spruce use MS numbers and plate nuts as used on the RV-series are of the K1000 and K1100 series. I presume you are looking for 8.32 plate nuts?

Do you need a few or hundreds?

Hi Chalkie,
Thank you for the reply. I have been getting most of what I need from Aircraft Spruce. Just thought someone might have surplus laying around that they might want to sell off. Import costs far exceeds the price, Especially on small amounts :( I am restoring a BD-5B so I need a few pieces.
Regards,
Andy

Hi V5,
Just started a month ago. Fixed a few things like brakes, visor, oleo and Rotax water pump. Plane has flowen 119 hours to date. I can only work on it every second month due to overseas commitments. Next will be checking for cracks in the landing gear and flushing and replacement of fuel pipes and a new paint job.
