After wondering if the time has arrived to hang up my headsets, I decided to
end it all by a last fling with a LSA.
I bought a low hour Savannah VG and I am in love all over again. After a bit of
a struggle to get used to the slow speed and the lightness of the aircraft, I now have
found the aircraft I should have acquired years ago.
It is not built for speed, but a sedate 75 knots uses only 16 lit of Mogas per hour!
It uses less than 50 met of runway and wow! What a pleasure to fly! It lands itself.
It handles beautifully and build quality is outstanding.
I just cannot believe that flying can be so much fun!
