So there I was, killing time at Rand, waiting for my next appointment, when, as cool as a cucumber 8) ZS-PNP pulls in. Just like that. Lands, pulls up offloads some Pick n Pay big shots :twisted: , with wives, closes door, taxies and off, climbing (looked like to below TMA) like a scalded cat

Quite correct...its a LJ31....The call sign has been changed to ZS-AJD after Pick n Pay sold the LJ31 and bought a LJ45XR.ZS-PNP :D :D

Indeed - herewith the new PNP LJ45 at Rand - just after we did a memorably brisk runway inspection afetr a 5 minute flight from Lanseria: :wink: :shock:

A "new" J3 Cub made its first flight in SA at Rand today. It has a few tweaks including an 85hp engine, disc brakes and an air flow powered generator fitted.
