Have not seen MR Wessels for 0ver 30 years. Today was good. We grew up together in Kempton Park, Wessels motors, with us across the road Ekon Hardware. Today was really good.

A visitor from Port Alfred. Baron 55 conversion monster. 2.5 hrs port Alfred - Petit. It is for sale, and I would not mind having it.

Its a Beechcraft Baron 55 Harpoon conversion with a Walter Turbine.
Given the Barons larger fin, no winglets are needed on the tip tanks as you would see on the Allison Turbine converted Bonanza's

I just could not recall seeing a 55 with tip tanks? Anyway here is another seen at FARA

Wingtips imported from America with a visual gauge on the side. A strip that is not painted, carbon fibre.

No this conversion was done by the owner. R 3.5 mil.
