Seen at FAPE (Port Elizabeth)

Unread post by Maverick » Sun Dec 10, 2006 2:45 pm

Ok, can't find any thread on FAPE activities yet, so consider this my attempt to get sleepy hollow going.
Mods, if already elsewhere please feel free to move...
So off I went to FAPE to try out my new toy, real newbie so don't be too harsh on the quality.

By the way, should one get permission from owners to post?

Hell no.......... If the newspapers don't do it them why should we? :?

Or is it only here in the EC that people shamelessly STEAL pictures off Avcom to boost their sales with ZERO recognition to the photographer...

For a beginner there is nothing wrong with the quality Maverick - Keep them coming. :D Also check out the aviation related photography thread..... and maybe use a sloooooooower shutter speed to get less of the "dead still" blade effect....

The more you take the better you will become. :D

Some people are like a Slinky . Not really good for anything, but you still can't help but smile when you shove them down the stairs.

Thanks for the comments shark!
I'm not even close to prop or rotor disks, sorry John...
But f-stops, and step downs are still Greek to me!
For now I just worry about no blur!
Was taken from quite a distance, but very nice flingwing and equally nice softness pax

Seen at FAPE...ME! pushing the sexiest 152 around!

Gonna take this fine bird and dive bomb a few elephants at Addo during my x-country this weekend.

What do you camera virtuosos think of the pic quality?
