The T-28 looks LEKKERRRRR :D :D

At base level, this just comes down to facilitating strategic non-directional consulting for increased compatible incremental mobility where reciprocal mobility was recommended as forward-looking airfields invest in interactive logistical options and offer balanced modular alignment for those who are stuck in an intergallactic time warp .........

Looks like he was taxiing (notice no runway centre-line), compared to landing on next photo (could be taking off, lots of flap, but I don't know enough about the plane).

Yes the downwind action was also strange to me. Any specific reason ? :roll:

The T28 did not do a downwind takeoff, from the photos it is clear that the aircraft is taxing downwind from holding point 01 and taking-off into wind on runway 19. Nice breeze directly on the runway!
