After lots of drawing and many months, here are the proto type parts cut in 0.5mm brass. After deburring they turn out pretty good, next parts should be laser cut to make life easier.

Sometimes it's all to easy to forget how we did something the first time round. I remember it wasn't easy but this was a pain to butt.

Is that the corrigated skin for the fuel tank your making?

Correct, I am making the skin for a one off tank. But I will actually make a roller type machine to do it more consistently in future
