Hi Theuns, nee hulle word gebruik vir die eerste twee 1/4 skaal Impalas, is gekoop in Duitsland, maar is flippen duur, sal na 'n ander alternatief vir die ander moet kyk.

Ek hoor jou, sou interesant wees om te vergelyk wat die gewig besparing sou wees van daai oor iets soos 6061T6 allu tube en of dut werklik die extra koste werd is.

Ek ken iemand wat kort lengtes 6061T6 kan inkry in baie verskillende diameters en die goed is hell sterk. Het ook dunner wand as die komersiele allu in die winkels hier.

Composite tubes vertoon net heelwat cooler :)

Aluminum is heavier than carbon tubes , but all round better than carbon .

My plan was om die trimtabs apart te maak, maar het daarteen besluit en dit deel gemaak van die control services, minder moulds en minder werk.
