Electric motor advice please

I have a emaxs No 4020/08 motor for my fauvel glider. Motor rated 14.4v to 18.5 v props 12inch to 14 inch.
Max clearance i have is 12 inch.
What battery and esc do I need?
Weight is at 4.2 kg without battery.

Prototype flew on 11/8 prop with vortex 50/55/730 with 80amp esc on 6 cell ( 2 x3 cell in series)

Thanks for the link. Am I correct in saying that 5 cell will be the minimum?

They mention 5s with 13 x 8 prop.
