Hello Colin,

I have to compliment you and your team on the monumental leap forward in terms of customer service. If I think back ten years ago, what a breath of fresh air. I have spent a fair bit of time writing exams etc at Waterfall Park over the past few months and I have to tell you that I have always been the recipient of efficient and friendly service. I am not sure what your formula is, but the staff seem to be competent, motivated and answerable. Thank you
