Psychiatrist AND psychologist reports for depression?

Unread post by Mrb13676 » Fri Jun 09, 2017 1:52 pm

I am about to start my PPL and getting my ducks in a row. I have been on treatment for mild depression with citalopram for 4y now - I note that there is a special dispensation for depression outlining the requirements - I'm curious that both a psychiatrist AND a clinical psychologist report is required - so now have to find a psychologist just to get a report... Have never seen one before. Have others had the experience of needing both reports?

about 6 years ago halfway through my training when I realised that being on Citalopram and Sertraline was going to be a problem.
when the dispensation was promulgated, I was no longer in a position financially to continue. I am also curious to know, as I would like to get my PPL some day.

I needed to get both.
Managed to sort out and I’m on my way to the PPL
