Tests required

Unread post by aviator609 » Wed Sep 19, 2018 2:12 pm

Hi Gents & Ladies,

I have a medical due and would like to check on what needs to be done if over 40 years of age. Any links to tests required and how often they should be done.

Been going to a aviation doctor that insisted on a Stress ECG every year. I have no bad history and was under the impression it was only due every 3 years.

Thanks.

The tests are standard and have defined intervals.
Ecg is resting not stressed and is every 3 years (possibly 2).
Sounds like you need a new DME.
More is more, perhaps your doc is more focused on your health than a tick in a caa box?
