Tail dragger convex

Unread post by Tyrone_English » Fri Jun 27, 2014 12:32 pm

Hi folks

In lieu of taking a trip to RSA and doing recon on flight schools and their respective instructors (rather costly). Could any of you be kind enough to recommend an operation that could do my tail dragger convex, possibly share some valuable insight on what to expect when attempting to learn this particular skill set.

I do live and 'fly' abroad, and this new challenge is the next step in the general direction of aerobatics.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks folks for the PM's I received. Much appreciated.

Any other information would still be great!

Try Sky Raiders at Rand airport......

They have a Bellanca Scout as well as T6 Harvards.

Old thread this, but I just did my tail dragger convex at Morningstar on a Decathlon. Aircraft and instructor were great and I have no hesitation to recommend them.

Instructor called Tyrone @ Morningstar flight academy.
