Wonder if they'll be working on the runway as well, it's pretty bad on the western side (06).

Oorle Oom Fanie R.I.P. se ontbyt was duur maar ek het altyd goeie diens by hom gekry.

So you are punishing the owner due to the conduct of an employee.

Have you been in contact with the owner?

I can assure you that they did not invest thousands, possibly millions, to give poor service.

The owner can spend a lot of time and resources on training, but at the end of the day they have no control over the conduct of an employee.

If you inform the owner and provide the necessary information, disciplinary action will follow, and the person who caused the problem will eventually be dismissed, even if it means that he/she might be replaced by someone just as useless.

This is Africa, and business owners have to put up with a lot to keep employees in check. Help them to solve the problem so that everyone can have good service. If not, the person responsible will just cause the same to happen again which will just upset someone else.

Why should the owner only take action when a customer complaints. He should be on the ball and be aware of what his staff is doing. Training, evaluating, training again. It's a lack of management supervision that leads to this type of service level.
