Demand maybe?

I flew out of Bloemfontein on Monday and the first flight out was at 09H40 in the morning and the flight was only 50% full. The airport was like a ghost town when I got there just after 08H00

52% load factor on aircraft in service since returning in Aug at silly yields.

Losing about R110 million/month, every month.
