For those that find irregularities in my work... There is a technical term for it...

it's called

Oil Canning

Oil Canning can be defined as visible waviness in the flat areas of metal roofing and metal wall panels. In technical terms, oil canning is referred to as elastic buckling (more commonly known as “stress wrinkling”). It can occur in any type of metal panels: steel, aluminum, zinc, or copper.

Okaaayyy.... someone on another group suggested that good music and some wine helps with numbing the riviting pain... it was actually going swimmingly until I realised that the 2.5 km of glue rivits applied (and now dry) should actually be beads...😹😹😹😹.....redooooooo

That is so good that it deserves a spot in a showcase. Would be too scared to prang it.

Thanks Paul

All the best for 2019 to you and your family too...

I have committed myself to finishing her completely this year. It is still a mamoth task ahead and unlike SA there are’nt any hardware and hobby shops that you can just pop into if I need anything... so lots of scratchbuilding still needed.

Please keep watching

Sooo...a lot of re-wiring done

I have up to now used my trusted DX9 for all test hops and control testing, but decided to convert to my iX12 and AR12310T as the mixing and splitting of channels were becoming a p.i.t.a....

So here is the revised wiring schematic... (available as .xlxs for anyone who wants it as a template)
Capture.JPG

AND I have a spare channel left 8)
