Hi

So far:

49mph stall, 110mph @2150rpm, 130mph@2450rpm, ROC 970fpm@100mph.

The flaps does not make a difference to the stall speed, but it helps slowing the aircraft down as well as giving a lower nose attitude and higher sink rate. If landing with no flaps then she floats amd bleed off speed very slow.

The taildragger config is stable and runs straight upon touchdown after a 3-pointer. Very little rudder input needed. So far the most stable TD i have flown...

Everything runs smooth as a swiss clock..!

This aircraft is now based at FAPX and I am busy with an annual inspection. I have been to Zenithair.net and tried to look for SBs and ADs. The site offers a link to NewPlane.com but with iMac using Safari, Firefox or Google Chrome, the page does not load.

Anybody have advice or copies of all SB's for the CH 600 series or CH 650 specifically?

I have asked Zenithair for advice to repair cracks caused by interference fit of landing gear support and fuselage side skin. Metal has been removed to provide clearance but I wonder if any other CH601/650 owners have had similar problems?

Oom Chalkie try Phillip, 083 485 2427, from Bundu Aviation as he is the local agent. I do think he is in Oshkosh at the moment but maybe sent him a whatsapp?
