Lost Comm procedure

Is South Africas lost communication procedure fully compliant with ICAO or are there differences ?

SA is compliant with ICAO annex 2, see SA AIP ENR 1.5.2.4

The filed difference to ICAO hase been removed, see ICAO doc 7030, regional supplementary differences.
