Comair Flight Services (CFS) is a Lanseria based company specialising in aircraft management, sales, charter and FBO services. We are looking for individuals to join our highly efficient, energetic and dynamic Operations Team.

Duties include the following:
• Generating and administrating flight related documentation (passenger tickets, crew briefings, flight line advice, passenger lounge bookings, etc.)
• Booking staff & crew hotel accommodation, airline tickets, ground transportation, travel insurance, etc.
• Checking invoices against quotes for accuracy and approving for payment
• Updating the database of the company’s flight management and quoting system (airport fees, hours of operation, fuel prices, etc.)
• Quality control and archiving of all flight-related documentation
• Obtaining and comparing fuel quotes for all company and owner flights
• Hosting passengers in the company’s VIP lounges

CFS will provide on the job training including on company-specific software.

Minimum requirements:
• English: read, write and speak fluently
• National Senior Certificate (Grade 12/Matric or equivalent)
• Prior experience in the travel industry and/or general aviation will be to your advantage

Student / hour-building pilots may be considered for this position, but the company’s operational requirements will take priority over all flying.

The company offers a market-related salary on a Cost to Company basis that will be discussed at an interview. The package includes Provident Fund and Medical Aid benefits.
