Unread post by gazelle341 » Fri Jul 03, 2015 9:17 pm

Have been searching for many years for a photograph of ZS-HUR a SA.341G Gazelle which came to the UK and became G-WMAN then YU-MAN and is still around today as HA-LFJ !

Hi Bearcat

You are a saviour and I very much look forward to seeing the photo of ZS-HUR. Apparently it came to the UK as that but was never photographed.

You will make an old Gazelle enthusiast a very happy man !!

Cheers to you

Hi Gazelle 341,

Here are some pictures that I have taken over time. I would love to get a good quality picture of each of the Gazelle helicopters and their owners in South Africa for an extended article on the type.

Was HBH also an import from the UK?

I remember one just that same (shiny black) that used to drop into Wycombe Air Park from time to time - kind of just had to stop what I was doing and watch, lovely machine!
