Electric pallet jack
Ray,

Where do you get them? :? I have a regular pallet jack and don't think it will work, unless the electrical one is bigger and stronger.

I have no intention to do anything of this kind on the cheap, but don't want to go overboard.

Whirly.
Many types available!.. I remember a discussion a while back, can't find it now. Google is your friend. It's not too expensive either. A good option!.. :)

I am still looking for one, now even more than before!

I posted an ad in the classified section requesting quotes to have one built.

One similar to this trolley used by a French Alo II owner that I visited years ago would do the trick.

Frans,

Thanks, then I will only be able to fly again when the wind is from the same direction as when I landed. :D

I don't want to land on a platform of any kind. Using a steerable dolly that can lift it would be first prize.

I know you do not want to land on a platform, but this "Remote control" seems quite low

Leo,

Thanks, that would be great! Much appreciated.

I have been contacted by an Avcommer that is a mechanical engineer who owns a machine design business and he is going to come up with a few suggestions.

I really like that dolly in the video of csparksfly, nice and low and battery operated. :D

How come every time my ship comes in I'm at the airport?

Yes, however I am thinking along similar lines but a lifting platform instead. :D
