When balancing the tail rotors we end up with out of balance of 0.02 gram, 0.07 gram.

It is also exaggerated by washout which makes the main section look more severe than the outer portion.

I agree to all of the above from high AoA to washout, but as previously said I wonder if the white & red paint scheme on top of the blades creates an optical illusion? Here is the video I promised to upload.
