Jabiru Service Bulletins

Unread post by Frequent Flyer » Sat Aug 07, 2010 3:29 pm

Hi all Jab Owners, Jabiru SA thought it might be a good idea to post any news / new service bulletins issued on the avcom/jabiru blog. It will be in the form of a short description and a link that can be clicked to redirect you to the SB page directly.

I will do my untmost best to keep it up to date and to post notifications to new bulletins as they are issued.

I notice this crack a while ago and sent a pic.

I took a blade and cut into the paintwwork to see if it went any deeper whichit did not so as far as i can see the crack is in the paintwork  only

Ed confirmed that after he saw the pic.
He said if i wanted to i could send it back to them and they would repaint it =D>
Bit of a mission so it has stayed hidden behind the spinner ever since

Peter,
No question in the engineer’s minds that the “cracks” are paint due to the way the fabric is laid in that area. It is safe to fly even though it is ugly looking!
Best Regards and blue skies!
