Need to make up a chart of temps and pressures for your RV?
Here is my chart - once printed, can be laminated for cockpit use...

George, I'm surprised that you run your EGT that high - I don't let mine exceed 1370 F and the engine manual for the IO360 prohibits EGT's over 1400 F

Does the fact that I operate at 5000+ft all the time make any difference? I have only 1ce been down to sea level with the meercat and that was when was still new and I had no clue. I do know that taking off at La Mercy I got near 30" MAP which is HUGE in comparison to normal 22" and waaaay out of the green to what I usually get - fuel flow was WAAAAY Up near something like 15gph and take off run was      slowly advance raise the tail and before i could lift off I was flying....

The last few weeks I have done a number of small changes that led to a big one.
It started with installing leading edge landing lights.
Then I had to redo the wingtip strobes and nav lights, at the same time repairing and re-painting them.
So this in turn led to re-painting of all the maroon! It is a lighter colour now that really looks good from many angles.
