Unread post by Darius » Mon Apr 27, 2009 11:59 am

Hi Guys

What is the running cost on a Cheetah XLS. I also would like to know if there is somebody in Namibia who will be so kind and hire and Fly his cheetah. I need to build hours for my CPL.

I need to fly 63 hrs PIC then I'm done with my CPL PIC hours.I also will pay my own insurance on the aircraft.

Well it's hard to work out running cost and it deepands on how you want to do that. If you want to get true running cost you have to work out cost for the airplane over a year including maintenance and future rebuild cost and insurance etc. etc. and then it will vary depending on the hours you fly. BUT they basically use no oil - get serivced every 100 hours and average fuel consumption is around 13 to 16 l/ph.
