I have flown in a cheetah from Swakop to Otjiwarongo! Wind was blowing at about knots! Was about a 3 hour flight. And i must say i did most of the flying except for takeoff and landing, Very easy to fly and you are still very comfortable after 3 hours behind the sticks! Amazing little flier!

Hennie - what are long distances for you. I have done a couple of 400 mile trips and that was comfortable enough.

Flew from Springs to Ballito airfield in about 3.5 hrs and used just about half a tank of gas, Vladimir has also just delivered another Cheetah to Ballito, 3 - 4 hours at a stretch is comfortable :D :D

Thank you Mark. I just wondered about this as a Cheetah owner recently complained about
the comfort on longer flights. (He is 135 kg) If it can be flown 3 hours in reasonable comfort, that's all
one needs. Regards. h

You may just wish to take along a pillow or something similar. I find the seat padding where the seat itself meets the base of the backrest to be a bit thin. After an hour or so it begins to intrude.
