Which tail wheel?

Unread post by Jayson v Schalkwyk » Tue Jun 10, 2014 11:38 pm

Hello all.

I tried to do some searching here but couldn't find any direct answers. What brand or type of tail wheel are most guys fitting to their Bushbaby's? I have an early serial number bushbaby, still to be completed that has a shopping trolley wheel on the back and I intend to change this. I have been looking at matco wheels but didn't realize you get some many different types. I am leaning towards the 6inch, single arm pneumatic type - http://www.matcomfg.com/TAILWHEEL6PNEUM ... 73-69.html

I got given a aircraft spruce gift card from the other half and figured it could be put to good use on a new tail wheel. I will be in the states next and intend to try buy it then.

Any advice appreciated.
