Hi Andre,
Sorry for the late reply and welcome to Avcom .
That sounds great. Please PM me your contact details as I'd like to give you a call and to stay in touch so that we can compare the builds.
Sounds like we can some day have some Pietenpol fly days like they do overseas, happy days :D :D
All the best and I look forward to hearing from you.
Louwtjie, I'll be in touch with you soon to set up a meeting at your convenience.
Stay well guys.
Regards
Jeff

Hi I mannaged to get some photos. This aircraft has a Covair engine,no prop. all 4130 elevator, rudder, horizontal stabilizer. and vertical stabiliser, all control cables, seats instrument panels, fuel tank, disk brakes. There are 3 ribs broken which is easy to repair, I have the spruce cut to size for this as well as the this ply for gussets, very easy repair.

Full set of plans, and CAA build number.

I tried to add more photos but the server say full.

ZU-BUO belonged to the late John Taylor at Baragee.
I took over his hangar in 2012.
He was irritated with me for calling it a Pietenpol.
He said that it was a Parasol ?

It is a Pietenpol. The wing is a "parasol wing" (maybe inspired by Mary Poppins :? )
