Avcom sailors disappoint :)

Unread post by Jack Welles » Sun Oct 13, 2019 9:17 am

Some time back, in an exchange of emails on another topic, Mr T told me he was setting off on (IIRC) an ATW voyage. I asked him to keep either me or on Avcom informed on his exploits.

A few weeks back Goffel mentioned he was going on a cruise next year. I asked him in a replying post for more details.

AND WHAT DO WE GET?

Nothing, not a word. This is really not good enough - enquiring minds (of armchair adventurers) need to know [-X

Due to the price increase in ammunition, do not expect a warning shot.

Dear Mr Welles..SC, QC DC AC RC and any other C.

As an accomplished and very well known divorce attorney, (very well known for getting the Ferrari, Porche and Mansion for the ex wives to be), you shud definitely be up to speed that when a yachtie says he is going cruising, you are definitely the last person to be notified.

Take my dear friend Pluto who had acquired himself a 50 foot CAT, had all the bells and whistles, even had a 36 year old nymph with a body to slobber over, (remembering now, he had sold everything, cars, speed boat, SUV, mansion, penthouse), and now, whilst having his farewell drinks with everyone, two nights before departure, inadvertently told a fellow yachtie, (who was not a yachtie, but a spy), where he was going to and at what time.

Pluto woke up to find the sheriff standing perving at the nymph with a piece of paper in his hand, whereby demanding that Pluto and the nymph vacate so the (ex) wife and her gym instructor could now take possession.

Now it is and was common knowledge that you are/were her attorney, so therefore, you will most certainly be the last to be informed as to which bounds of the earth my tub is heading.....(probably the Caribbean).

However, now it comes to light as to why you are taking sailing lessons, but please, the part about you being a gym instructor, well that part had even the inactive virgin giggling...(or is it virgin active).

 good stuff - the Caribbean, hey? - you have restored my faith in humanity =D>

In view of your misgivings as outlined above I wonder if I should let it be known that tomorrow my sailing journey starts. I shall sing pond shanties on the way to my first lesson and hope I don't get pond sick as I terrify the local ducks 8-[

Goffel and Eddie already have all the village people costumes, though he prefers the construction worker outfit - something about the “tool” belt
