Dear RAASA

I will not be taking any further correspondnece on this matter until further notice.”

It is almost a year after his post and I would like to enquire about the progress made by RAASA.

RAASA has a number of duties delegated to it by the CAA/Commissioner.
These functions are being implemented one at a time as the processes are written and ready to go live, this is an ongoing process.
The issue you refer to is currently being dealt with by RAASA and the NTCA Task Team.
We will make our recomendations to the Commissioner shortly.
