I didn't know there's and airstrip at St Lucia?

there is a strip at St Lucia, not a great one but useable for small airplanes.

Yes, search and rescue busy. No strip at St Lucia. Parks Board decommissioned it years ago.

The weather has been beautiful here after the cold front, the fire protection unit are also involved in the search, as with all the KZN Wildlife reserves and iSimangaliso.
