Study the material, know your work. That's the main point.

I used both questionbank and pilot exams for different subjects, both have strong and weak points but end up on a similar level, pilot exams I think works out cheaper. Can't say much about morza.
Take offs are optional :)
Landings are mandatory

Depends what you want to achieve.
I used a couple local ones and they had similar pros and cons, some wrong answers but had an idea of the local flavour.
Some exams had better content than others but it is easy to start learning answers, which isn't learning anything.

https://www.aviationexam.com do easa/faa heli/fixed ppl/cpl/atp and is pricey but very good.
Particularly the study mode which has full notes, a collaboration section with people asking questions etc.
You still need to do a few local ones for our own content.

Local exams didn't have particularly good (if any) explanations of the answer, especially those that you can't get your head around.

You have to have self discipline and sit down and swot the material. There are many organizations who provide bona fide tuition. I do not agree with services who ask candidates to divulge particular questions they remember from exams in order to create a database - they ask for the information for free and then sell it to others - this should be made illegal by law.
