Fatal RPAS Accident, or a Typo?

I am pretty sure this is a typo, but browsing the November 2018 occurrence logs, I saw this:

I am sure the media would have had a field day if there really was a fatal drone accident, so I am pretty sure this is a typo. I hope.

It was fatal for the drone, perhaps that counts ;)
