Five people were killed and three were injured when a small plane crashed into a home on Sunday outside of Los Angeles, authorities said.

The crash killed the male pilot of the plane and four people -- two males and two females -- who were in the single-family home, the Orange County Sheriff's Office said on Twitter.

Some damage to houses and debri up the street, about 1:10 into the clip in the link.

Its par for the course that witnesses claim that a plane came down in flames... seems this time they were right

I wonder if investigators will find some drone wreckage amongst the Cessna parts.

A homeowners security camera shows the plane spinning in with outboard wing missing and what I would guess is the engine coming down directly in flames much faster

Turn up the volume. High revvs then overspeed then in flight breakup. Scary!

You can see raindrops falling off the roof in the security cam footage, and one of the twitter comments was that it had been "raining a lot". Spatial disorientation and graveyard spiral?

Very telling statement, from the CNN report (https://edition.cnn.com/2019/02/03/us/y ... index.html):

""A few witness reports say that they saw the airplane coming out of a cloud at a very high speed before parts of the airplane ... started to break off," Smith said Monday."

Can a constant speed prop over ref or is it doppler effect? He sounds like a well qualified pilot.
