Its apparently world Aids day today. Here are 2 infographics. Note the African one is percentage of total population and the Eastern Europe one is HIV positive cases out of 100 000. Big difference..

Maybe it's easier for a country to have a lower carbon footprint per capita if most of the population is living in poverty, eg, India.

Yes and India looks like a dirty mess compare to Ca and the US, but is actually much cleaner..

The big industries/manufacturing are the culprits. But yes they are needed to grow an economy! Catch 22..
