Seven years now and still missing him. :( Bumped into his wife in a shop while the guys were busy flying in the PTAR on Friday.
Flying is about discipline!

We won Sportman's Nationals together in Bloemfontein around 2001/2 . We were lying last on day one and managed to pull a rabbet out the hat . Remember Wally too the night before some Ptar's cutting up and plakking the NAV maps together. Aviation is made up of strong personalities and George was one of them. RIP George and Wally .
