Hi is it possible for a debetic person to obtain his LSA license?

Type II and even type I can get a medical subject to certain conditions.

I don't know if you have persude your LSA license, but I managed to get my safety pilot restriction lifted in September
This allows me to finish my PPL training, and I am allowed to fly solo as long as my medical fitness checks out. I have been a type 1 diabetic for 33 years.
