Farley's Raven ZU-IPR
Time to share my project with other Raven and 601 builders
The suggestions given to me by Joe Starck "Mr.Raven" was
Strengthen the engine mounting brackets, apparently they break and crack the firewall
Angle ali on the strut shelf, again to stop firewall cracking. Only the best rivets will do
I did this while waiting for the engine mount to be made. I had to cut and grind the mounting washer/feet of the engine mount to
clear the firewall strengthening sections. Then spray it with 2K

Work stopped on the project while I repaired the damage caused by the Tornado that passed thru Klip

Good to see another homebuilt making progress.
Unfortunately only TIG or gas welding is the acceptable methods. Bolt head weld is not recommended.
Really need an AP to oversee the build.
