I found that my medical report done at a SACAA approved medical center is not showing on my Online profile.
Should this not automatically go onto the SACAA register?

Did my medical at the beginning of may. The DAME submitted it to CAA and I have the physical medical certificate with me. I even emailed a copy of the certificate to the CAA, just in case.
Today, more than a month later, I check and the site is still not updated. A 5 second job. Eish... Can you be more incompetent...

Give them a call, they will update it. I had the same issue and checked later it was uploaded.

I emailed aircrewapplications@caa.co.za but they took forever to perform the update and had the audacity to send a Customer Experience Service review weeks after.
