Position: Chief Flying Instructor

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the flight instruction team Part 141 ATO as well as significant private ownership recurrency and support country wide
- Develop and implement training programs that adhere to industry standards and regulations
- Conduct flight training sessions for students at various levels
- Ensure the highest levels of safety and professionalism in all training activities
- Provide mentorship and guidance to flight instructors and students
- Maintain Cirrus Aircraft OEM training requirements ( www.cirrusapporach.com )

Requirements:
- Extensive flight instruction experience with a proven track record ( 1500 Instructor minimum)
- Certified Flight Instructor (CFI grade I or II) with additional ratings preferred (IFR, ME, Turbine preferential)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- A commitment to safety, excellence, and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A passion for teaching and inspiring the next generation of pilots
