Sa CAA Class 1 med in Europe

Good day all.

I had a quick look but did not find a related thread.

Does anyone know if it is possible to do a South African CAA class 1 medical in Europe. But not the UK. I am in Spain and do not have a visa for the UK and it is incredibly costly and time consuming to get.
