Important: Breakfast Fly-In Postponed Due to Weather

Dear Pilots and Friends,

We are writing to inform you that our breakfast fly-in scheduled for 22 February 2025 has been postponed due to the predicted weather conditions. Your safety is paramount, and we will not compromise on operating within established VFR minimums. We believe a strong safety culture is essential for all pilots.

We understand this may be disappointing, but we hope you appreciate our commitment to safety. We encourage you to prioritize safe flying practices at all times.

The good news is that the clubhouse will still be open from 08:00AM to 13:00PM for coffee, light meals, and socializing. We'd love for you to join us even if you're driving in!

Dear Pilots and Friends,

Following our previous announcement, and after careful consideration of the persistent unfavorable weather forecast for the scheduled date of 29 March 2025, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the breakfast fly-in.

While we are disappointed to cancel this event, we are excited to announce our plans for a much larger fly-in this winter! We are aiming to host a spectacular event when the weather conditions are optimal, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

We are already working on securing buy-in from the wider aviation community and engaging potential sponsors to make this winter fly-in a truly memorable occasion. Expect more announcements regarding the date, activities, and special features in the coming months.

Thank you for your continued support and understanding. We look forward to welcoming you to our grand winter fly-in!
