I am going to guess some sort of Rand Kr-1?

I feel like I can see some similarities...sorta...

Hmm I initially thought so too... looks similar, but that turtle decking is way different on the local one, and the wings look longer too

Seems to have a limbach/vollie type motor up front

Disclaimer - I don't know what it is, I seek clarification

The Turtle Deck is definitely the biggest difference but I found pictures of Kr-1s with modified canopy/ turtle decks

For pics of the Fuselage : http://www.krnet.org/krs/lhyder/

So I imagine there is a lot of freedom for builders.

Could be completely wrong though.

This one is certainly a retract and I guess builders freedom allowed variants of Kr1's to be fixed tail draggers, fixed tricycles, or retract draggers, and a multitude of canopy types.

Does someone with the know how to extract the info off the Zim register wish to have a dabble?
