Thanks Bullet and all others who have expressed similar sentiments. I am still around and about but naturally have no official connection with Icasa and cannot speak on it's behalf, nor do I have access to its databases, etc. However, I still retain a lot of knowledge and info and will still be more than happy to assist in resolving confusion which may arise over the requirements of the regulations or licensing processes. Hopefully that mental "filing cabinet" will remain accessible for quite some time to come!
