Hi Trevor, it is a locally produced fabric. All Cubby aircraft and all KFA aircraft are covered with it. It is the same as Ceconite 102.

After much consulting with folks smarter than myself , there has been a new development for the Cubby Renegade. Only this model in our line-up will get an aluminium skinned wing, and aluminium flaps and ailerons.
We believe this to be the ultimate improvement to our already robust and efficient wing.

Hans the wing skin will be .020 and the flaps and ailerons will be .016. The skins will be riveted in place. The wingtip and leading edge will be composite, as this is more impact friendly and easier to repair than aluminium. Also it saves on weight.
