Thouhgt so. LEZ - probably one of the best looked after, low time K's around. The way Boet flew it, ZS-LEZ was way more efficient than my F and also any J that I know of. Enjoy.

Hi Tony, I hope you're well and enjoying EUC. I see you're all over the place with it.
Brendan brought my Mooney back this morning and I flew him back to PA. On the way there, I actually asked him when SA Mooney is going to organize another Mooney fly in. Apparently they are thinking for next year and he actually asked me whether I knew about a nice venue that is situated somewhere in central SA.
Their get togethers are always extremely well organized and very well worth it. I was at the last one helf down at Fish River Sun and that was lovely. Think about a venue and let's propose it to them.

In the mean time, there can't be anything wrong with a practice run of our own now, can there

Have mentioned it to Brendan and Pat before and they seem keen to do one some time. I like your thinking though. A practice run won't do any harm. Let's put a little thought into it over the next few days and chat about it.

I've taken a quick look over Easyplan last night and I must admit that central SA doesn't offer many options with nice venues where you can fly to.
Maybe we should determine what the majority expect from the intended venue or destination. Some guys, or maybe more so their girls, prefer some degree of luxury, while others are just happy to have a well stocked bar and a clean bed.
Some people are happy just hanging around, doing nothing in particular, while others can't sit still for long and have to be kept busy. Some pilots want to do some flying while at the gather while some insist on a game of GOLF

So, what is the least you guys expect from the place you have to stay at and what activities would you like to take part in while you're there
