Proficiency day in North West (Rustenburg)

Seeing that the Freestate is numb thus far on the Proficiency, are there a need to do a proficiency day in North West (RustenBurg Perhaps) somewhere? I would like to see what the interest will be like. Let me know if you would like to do a proficiency and which one. We will decide on a venue and a date once we evaluate the feedback.
