Would like to contact drivers and electric techs with 747 c

Unread post by Flyingtypewriter »

Greetings Fellow members

I research and write in the field of Aviation Safety.

I am curently working on a new book about worldwide lessons in flight sfaety and systems design. Even after decades of reading and researching in the field, there is no substitute for experience gained from hundreds of hours on the flight deck.

In order to check some aspects of FAA and NTSB reports, I would like to correspond with any former flight deck crew and electricians with experience on the Boeing 747 classic series and/or MD80 and DC10 series.

Captains, First officers, Flight Engineers and electrical technicians on the widebodies would perhaps be best placed to assist me in clarifying my understanding with their first-hand experience of these aircraft.

It does not matter what airline you worked for. If you are willing to assist, please PM me.

Thank you
